  • This 2.5-month hybrid course has been developed in partnership with the industry to meet the skill requirements of the fast-growing electric vehicle (EV) industry. The course provides a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the EV supply chain, from design to operation and integration.
  • Through a mixture of online theory classes and offline lab experience, you will gain hands-on experience in designing, operating, and modeling all parts of the EV supply chain. The course covers the key components of EVs, such as batteries, electric motors, power electronics, and charging infrastructure.
  • You will also learn about the modeling and simulation of EV components using tools such as Matlab and Scilab, as well as gain an understanding of the regulatory and environmental factors affecting the EV industry.

An ISA is a contract between you and HopingMinds which keeps us as invested and motivated in your career as you. You commit to dedicate a fixed percentage of your salary to pay for the cost of our program once you get a job and start making a living as a professional. Not just that, if you earn less than the minimum amount we commit or you do not get placed within 1 year of completing your program, you don’t have to pay anything. It is not an education loan and hence you don't pay any interest on the amount.

How it works? / What does it mean for you?

Pay ₹0 tuition fee until you land a job of greater or equal to the committed amount!
When you get a job of more than the committed CTC - Pay a part of your gross monthly salary till you pay out the fee of the course.
If there is involuntary loss of employment, ISA payments will pause and we will help you get another job.
In the rare event that you do not get a job of minimum committed CTC till a year after course completion, your education is on us.

How do I pay my ISA amount?

Our assigned NBFC partner will approve a zero interest capital equal to the ISA amount, which you can pay in EMIs maxiumum of 36 months.
The EMIs (equated monthly instalment) would start only after the completion of the software course and you have successfully secured an offer letter above the threshold amount of Rs 5,00,000 (Five Lakhs rupees only) CTC.

Does the ISA amounts depend my package?

The total ISA amount is fixed for each program and does not change with your package.
The skills that you learn at HopingMinds help you in your career whether or not you continue till the end of the programme.
It is only fair to recognize the effort put in by the HopingMinds team during your time with HopingMinds when you terminate the agreement prematurely.
